Tom likes to say he is in the communications
business. That is, he visits persuasively with juries in Texas and
across America.
His practice of more

personal injuries arising from product liability issues and cases dealing

catastrophic damages to his clients.
He has established a notable and enviable
trial record in 15 states and over 80 Texas counties.
