Tom likes to say he is in the communications business.  That is, he visits persuasively with juries in Texas and across America.

His practice of more than 30 years has concentrated in the trial of civil matters involving personal injuries arising from product liability issues and cases dealing with products involving heavy, medium and light equipment in the construction, mining, drilling (on- and off-shore), chemical, petrochemical, refining and medical industries.  Many of these matters involved catastrophic damages to his clients.

He has established a notable and enviable trial record in 15 states and over 80 Texas counties.
