Fee Arrangements
Our performance is measured against case objectives. Our work commences only after case objectives have been defined and a clear understanding is reached with the client.
A meeting of the minds on potential outcome and the attendant costs serves as a preface to ongoing communications about case progress.
Our business clients usually prefer to pay hourly rates. Depending on the type of matter, however, we can recommend pricing alternatives that help control legal costs. Detailed invoices tailored to the client's requirements provide full accountability for work performed.
Our individual personal injury clients usually prefer a contingent fee arrangement. Please click on the Contingent Fee to view a sample contingent fee contract. The example is merely that; an agreement will be reached that is suitable for the case, the client, and our firm.
Our tax resolution clients receive a free initial consultation. They sign an engagement agreement that identifies the specific services to be performed and pay a retainer based on fixed fees for the specific service.
