Conflicts of Interest Policy
In addition to following the standard conflicts of interest requirements
of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, and the laws of the
states in which we practice, our firm will not take a case where the
interests of a potential client may conflict with the general well being
and interests of our existing clients, even though a legal conflict might
not be present.
