It has been said that Tom Womble is in the
communications business; that is, he visits persuasively with juries.
During his years of practice, Tom has concentrated in the trial of civil
matters involving personal injuries and property loss arising from product
liability issues and cases dealing with heavy construction equipment,
mining, drilling, chemical, petrochemical, refining, railroad and medical
industries. Many of these matters involved catastrophic damages.
Tom has established a notable and enviable trial record. He has tried over
300 cases to jury verdict in more than 80 Texas counties and 17 different
