Firm History
Although The Womble Law Firm's present name did not come about until 2011, its foundation began 40 years ago.
Tom Womble founded what is now known as The Womble Law Firm in 1986, building the practice on years of precedent-setting courtroom successes throughout Texas and in numerous other states. Tom graduated from law school in 1971. His early legal career was spent with a prestigious nationally and internationally recognized firm based in Houston.
Will Womble joined the firm in 2010, after gaining valuable jury trial experience as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney's office. Will now concentrates his practice in personal injury and criminal trial law.
The firm has always been headquartered in downtown Houston. The Womble Law Firm now offices in its own building just west of the downtown business district.
